The tranquil sun soaked village of Soubès hardly changes from year to year and never disappoints. This peaceful village, in the Languedoc region of the South of France, not far from Montpellier, offers a holiday to rejuvenate and inspire you. We have visited this part of France for 20 years and can guide you to wonderful markets and restaurants, vineyards, bike rides and beaches, rivers and walks, ancient monuments and spectacular mountain scenery. As well as the long hot summer period, the Languedoc region regularly experiences beautiful sunny weather as early as April and through October, making it a great low season option too.
Les Pavots
Set in a fabulous location in the beautiful hills above the mediaeval village of Soubès, Les Pavots is a lovely villa in a quiet and unspoilt corner of France. With stunning views over the hills, the villa is spacious and has an amazing terraced Mediterranean garden with private swimming pool. The villa is built in a Provencal style, yet is modern and fully equipped with a contemporary kitchen. Three bedrooms (all with built-in wardrobes,) a shower room, bathroom and two toilets. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer and ample parking.
