  • Two weeks:  5% (for all weeks booked)

What’s included: One set of fresh bed linen and bath towels is provided per person (up to four people; additional people £10 per person). Please bring your own beach towels.

 

Arrival and departure times: After 3pm on the day of arrival and before 10.30am on departure. Changeover day is normally a Saturday; it may be possible to alter this by prior arrangement.

 

Booking conditions: £150 per week deposit payable on booking, with the balance payable eight weeks before your holiday. We also take a returnable deposit of £150 against damage or to cover any excess cleaning charge.

 

Cleaning: The villa will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  Les Pavots is our home and we ask you to take good care of the property and its contents and to leave it clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.  This includes cleaning any ovens, cook-tops, fridges and BBQs used during your stay, but does not include having to mop the floors or wash the bed linen.  We reserve the right to deduct cleaning charges from the security deposit if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
