Languedoc wines have undergone a renaissance and the area is now home to some fantastic wines and vineyards; the "jug wines" of the past are long gone. You could spend your whole holiday visiting vineyards and discovering some very special wines. Soubès is close to both the Terrasses du Larzac and Pic Saint Loup regions. Be sure to visit the nearby village of Aniane - the home of Mas de Daumas Gassac and site of the re-birth of Languedoc wine. We would be happy to suggest a wine itinerary for you.
