- WC on the ground floor (immediately next to the downstairs bedroom), with its own hand basin
- Bathroom on ground floor, with walk-in shower and WC, plus basin / vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Bathroom on first floor, with walk-in shower and WC, plus basin / vanity unit and heated towel rail
